ARE PETS ALLOWED AT THE SHOW?
We love our pets as much as you do but pets are not allowed at the Motorhome and Caravan Show 2020. However, assistance dogs are always welcome. For more information please visit the disabled access page. Pets must not be kept in vehicles in the car park whilst you are at the show.
WHAT ARE THE OPENING AND CLOSING TIMES FOR THE MOTORHOME AND CARAVAN SHOW 2020?
The Motorhome and Caravan Show 2020 will be at the NEC, Birmingham from the 13 – 18 October 2020, opening hours for the show are 10am-6pm.
HOW MUCH ARE ON-THE-DOOR TICKETS FOR THE MOTORHOME AND CARAVAN SHOW 2020?
On-the-door tickets cost £13 Adults and £12 Senior (60+ yrs). Kids go free when accompanied by a full paying adult or senior. The carer of any disabled visitor will be able to get into the show for free – forms are available at the ticket offices.
WHAT IS A TRANSACTION FEE AND WHEN DOES IT APPLY?
The transaction fee is charged per order regardless of the number of tickets purchased. If you purchase six tickets, you only pay one transaction fee.
This fee contributes to the cost of delivering the tickets, whether it is through the post, electronically or collecting at the venue. The transaction fee also contributes to other operational costs and overheads associated with ticket transactions e.g. ticket stock administration and inventory control, ticket stock/stationery, collection facilities and postage and/or packaging costs.

HOW DO I CLAIM A CARERS TICKET?
A carer accompanying a Registered Disabled visitor (who has a valid ticket for the Motorhome and Caravan Show 2020) is free of charge. When you arrive at the show, make your way to a box office and fill in a ‘carers’ form. Once completed you will receive your free carers ticket. The box offices are clearly signposted for your convenience. A carers ticket cannot be pre-booked online and have to be completed at the Show.
DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL RATES FOR CHILDREN?
Children go free when accompanied by a full paying Adult or Senior. When you arrive at the show please visit one of the box office booths and fill in a ‘Kids Go Free’ form. For more information please visit the ticket information page.
WHEN WILL MY TICKETS ARRIVE IF I HAVE SELECTED TO HAVE THEM POSTED?
Tickets will be dispatched as soon as possible but may not be received until the week of the event. If you have not received your tickets in the post, please contact us no later than two working days before the event date. The best way to find out where your tickets are is to use our ticket tracker after logging in here. You’ll need your booking reference number (contained in the confirmation email we sent you when you ordered your tickets or given to you verbally if you ordered using the phone), order postcode, and your email address. Just follow the on-screen instructions and you’ll soon find out what stage your order is at.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY TICKETS HAVEN’T ARRIVED?
Track your order by logging in here, using your booking reference, postcode and email address. This will show details confirming your order and whether your tickets have been mailed out to you yet. WHAT DO I DO IF I NO LONGER WANT MY TICKET?
Tickets for the Motorhome and Caravan 2020 are non-refundable.
IS THERE PARKING AT THE NEC?
Parking is included in the ticket price and allocated on arrival. Strictly no overnight parking is allowed on the site. Disabled Parking is available but cannot be pre-booked. Please note, you should bring your Blue Badge with you, even if you are arriving by taxi.
IS PARKING STILL FREE OF CHARGE IF I BUY MY TICKET ON THE DOOR?
Yes, car parking is included in the ticket price, whether you buy in advance or buy on the door.
CAN I PARK MY MOTORHOME AT THE NEC?
The NEC has designated parking bays for motorhomes and buses. When arriving at The NEC the parking staff will be on hand to direct you to the appropriate car park. Strictly no overnight parking is permitted at the NEC. However, if you wish to make a weekend of it, why not book a pitch on the on-site campsite run by The Caravan and Motorhome Club?
IS OVERNIGHT PARKING PERMITTED?
Overnight parking at the NEC is not permitted.
CAN I PARK MY MOTORBIKE?
Yes, there are designated parking bays for motorbikes at the NEC.
WILL THERE BE TENTS AT THE MOTORHOME AND CARAVAN SHOW 2020?
No, there aren’t any tent exhibitors at the Motorhome and Caravan Show 2020. However, you will be able to see lots of exhibitors stocking tents at the Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show in February 2021. Click here for more information.

WHAT TIME DO CAR PARKS OPEN AND CLOSE?
Car parks at Birmingham’s NEC generally close around 11pm and open at 7am
HOW DO I GET TO THE NEC?
There are many ways you can get to the NEC, including Car, Train, Bus, Taxi and Plane!
The NEC is situated just 8 miles from Birmingham’s City Centre, just enter B40 1NT into your SatNav and this will direct you to the NEC.
The NEC is right next to Birmingham International, the halls for the show are only a few minutes’ walk from here. Many services do run direct to Birmingham International, however if they don’t you can get a connecting train at Birmingham New Street.
There are many local buses that depart from Birmingham City Centre. The 900 service runs every 15 mins and takes approximately 30 mins, whilst the 97 service runs every 30 mins taking about 45 mins. More information on local buses can be found on the National Express and Network West Midlands websites.
Taxis can usually be found outside the main entrances when the shows are taking place. If there are none there, you can get in touch with T.O.A Taxis (one of the appointed suppliers of the NEC) by phone on 0121 427 8888 or 0800 0142 729.
If you have come from further afield Birmingham International Airport (BHX) is the closest airport to the NEC. When you have arrived, simply head to the free air-rail link to Birmingham International Railway, you can then walk to the show!
ARE CASH POINTS AVAILABLE ONSITE?
There are cash machines on site, some of which have withdrawal fees. Free Natwest and HSBC cash machines can be found at the train station.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE OFFICIAL SHOW GUIDE?
You can pick up your FREE official show guide when you are at the show, these can be found at the entrances to the halls.
IS THERE A CLOAKROOM?
Yes there is a cloakroom at the NEC. Bags, coats and luggage can be dropped off here with items being charged at £1 each. These cloakrooms will be open 30 minutes before the event and will close when the event closes.
IS THERE WIFI?
Yes there is visitor WiFi across the NEC completely free of charge. If you are having trouble connecting head to the Visitor and Business Centres.
